Privacy Notice — How Kai Uses Your Information

Kai is an AI assistant, not a human agent. When you chat with Kai, here's what happens with your information:

What we collect

Your name, email address, company name (if you share it), and the full content of our conversation.

Why

To answer your questions, help schedule a meeting if you'd like one, and follow up if our conversation gets interrupted.

Who sees it

Your conversation is processed by OpenAI (the AI technology that powers Kai) to generate responses, and stored in our own secure systems. If you book a meeting, your information is also shared with our sales team via our CRM (Salesforce).

How long we keep it

If we don't end up booking a meeting, your conversation is automatically deleted after 90 days. If you do book a meeting, we keep that record for as long as we have an active relationship with your company.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, or ask what information we have about you. To do this, email marco@agenticprism.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.

Unsubscribing

If you receive a follow-up email from us after an interrupted conversation, every email includes an unsubscribe link — clicking it stops all future emails from us immediately.
